A Micro-producer based in Burgundy, Jeremy Recchione normally makes only 1-2 barrels of each wine he produces, making them rarer than hen’s teeth. In a very untraditional move inspired by time spend in Australia, this is a Syrah/Grenache blend, with fruit sourced from around Cornas in the Northern Rhone, which is shipped north and vinified in Burgundy. As the fruit has moved between regions, French wine law prohibits him from stating a region on the label - instead this is bottled under the 'Vin de France' Appelation
