The 19/99 Precision Colour Pencil is a creamy-matte, multi-use colour pencil inspired by the classic artist's tool — designed to work on eyes, lips, and cheeks in a single swipe. The high-pigment formula glides on with the creaminess of a lipstick, blends like an eyeshadow, and sets with enough precision to draw a clean liner. Line, fill, blend, buff, smudge, or layer — there is no wrong way to use it.

Available in four shades: Burro (warm beige-nude with golden undertones), Voros (timeless statement red, lips and cheeks only), Neutra (the signature 19/99 dusty rose universal neutral), and Barna (deep charcoal brown for definition and dimension).

Vegan. Cruelty-free. Made in Italy. Pairs with the 19/99 Precision Pencil Sharpener.
