Preparation and Usage

To make a simple matcha tea, add a bamboo scoop or half a level teaspoon (about 1g) of matcha to a cup. Add a little hot water, we suggest about 70c, and whisk or using a back of a spoon mix to a paste. Top up with hot water and enjoy.

Use 1g (approx 1/2 tsp) per 150ml (a teacup) and whisk with water @70°C. Drink up!
