Introducing our Fluted PVC Column Wrap Kit in the 10 x 10 size, with an actual 9 ⅜" square measurement.  This porch column kit is delivered flat-packed and includes mounting hardware, adhesive, and installation cleats, with all parts precut as shown.  The fluted column's shaft is expertly crafted from four panels of 1/2" thick PVC, featuring a lock-mitered edge for easy glue assembly.  

The inside dimension of the column is 8 ¼" square.  Our 10" columns come with six equally spaced flutes across the face of the column shaft.

Our Fluted Porch Column Wraps offer flexibility with the choice of a Craftsman, Georgian, or Tuscan Capital and Base Set.  Whichever set you select, we will customize the flute lengths to start 2" above and below the chosen capital or base set at no additional charge.  Furthermore, we are pleased to provide the option to cut down the column shaft to any desired height.

The Box Base stands 7 ¼" high at the bottom, while the Box Cap measures 3 ⅝" high at the top.  Both the Box Cap and Base are 3/4" thick, adding 1 ½" inches to the thickness of the shaft, resulting in a total footprint of 11". -The Georgian version retains the same bottom footprint with the addition of a cornice capital, extending the total to 14". -The Tuscan Capital and Base Set has a bottom footprint of 13 ¾" and 12 ⅜" at the top.

Our 9ft (Two-Section) columns are made specifically for easy UPS shipping! The column shaft is shipped in two sections ( 8ft + 1ft = 9ft ) that fit together on site.  The 9ft (Two-Section) column always comes with an astragal trim to cover the seam and mounting cleats.
