Formulated with high-performance polymers, Bulls Eye Zero Primer blocks common stains such as residual nail head rust stains, asphalt, creosote, cedar or redwood tannin bleed, lipstick, crayon and grease. It seals porous surfaces, like drywall, new wood, concrete and “builders flat” in just one coat.

Bulls Eye Zero Primer flows and levels beautifully to create a smooth, flat finish. The ideal undercoater for oil or latex enamel, it has great enamel holdout and easily sands to a smooth uniform finish to prevent variations in topcoat gloss.

The water-base formula is low odor, fast drying and can be recoated in just one hour. Clean up is soap and water easy, too. Bulls Eye Zero is packaged in a container made from 100% recycled plastic, and both the container and label are 100% recyclable.
