This product has several distinctive differences from other multis and it is also an excellent all-rounder with the most important vitamins and minerals presented at potencies that are generally higher than shop - bought multis. However the main differences with other multis are as follows:

The trace mineral chromium, which contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels, is included at a generous 200µg per two tablets. This is considerably more than you will find in many multis.

Magnesium has been included at 300mg per two tablets as this mineral is involved in over 300 metabolic processes in the body and diets based on highly processed foods will provide at best borderline levels.
