Product Story & Inspiration

This kit includes four of our customers' favourites from our popular British BBQ Range - BBQ Rub for Pork, Smoky Chipotle Chilli Jam, and our award-winning BBQ Salt and Original BBQ Oil.

This BBQ Oil is a blend of extra virgin cold-pressed rapeseed oil, infused with garlic and smoke. The oil is designed to withstand extremely high temperatures so perfect for cooking barbecue food.

The BBQ Rub for Pork‚ is a dry rub seasoning and contains a blend of sweet & spicy flavours that we have specifically designed to work well with all things pork.

Our Smoky Chipotle Chilli Jam is packed full of smoky notes from the chipotle and provides a deep spice flavour from the red chillies. The jam is perfect as a glaze on a slow-cooked beef brisket and also great as a dipping sauce for cheeses & charcuterie.

The BBQ Salt‚ was awarded a fantastic 2-stars in the‚ Great Taste Awards‚ 2017. A blend of charcoal, roasted garlic, and the finest smoked sea salt. The salt is intended to achieve a meaty, barbecue flavour that gets added to meat before cooking.‚ 

Drawn from the shores of Anglesey, this sea salt is known to be the finest around. We source this salt from‚ Halen Mon, who are experts in creating this quality salt through their unique and vigorous process.

BBQ Rub for Pork‚ (50g) -‚  Paprika‚ Celery Salt,‚ Onion, Pepper, Sugar, Coriander, Basil.

Smoky Chipotle Chilli Jam (110g) - Sugar, Red Pepper, Apple, Lemon juice (from concentrate), Red Chilli (2%), Chipotle Powder (2%), Pectin.

BBQ Salt‚ (50g) - Anglesey Sea Salt Smoked (50%), Garlic (25%) and Charcoal (25%).
