Natural Sweet Bakes is a cookbook that focuses on delicious, sweet bakes combining natural wholesome ingredients and for some recipes the unique flavours of essential oils. All recipes are plant-based and use only natural ingredients and unrefined sugars. Many are also gluten-free.

Beautifully illustrated with photographs by Emma Stoner, the reader is taken on a journey not just through delightful bites and options of using essential oils, but through Sarah’s life weaving plant-based recipes and plant-based medicine into her healthy family life.
