The '1312' is named after the year the castle of Marostica was built — the Venetian town where Parise was founded. The bag is handwoven from bovine leather on 18th-century wooden treadle looms, producing a soft, lightweight woven leather fabric that is entirely distinctive to the brand.

The silhouette is relaxed and generous, with two handles sized to fit comfortably over a coat. It closes with a magnetic snap and opens to a cotton-lined interior with a zipped pocket, two leather compartments, and a smooth leather base for easy maintenance.
