オーガニックの海島綿を使用し、美しい艶とカシミアのような柔らかさを。裏糸には世界各国から厳選・ブレンドされたオーガニックコットンを用いています。
これら最高級の原料を活かす為に、敢えて生産効率の下がる「吊り編み機」でゆっくりと時間をかけて編み立てました。
開反せずに起毛をかける「丸起毛」の工程を経て、出来上がった丸胴使いのスウェットたちは10年先の風合いを考えた極上の仕上がりとなりました。

MATERIAL
We developed a new standard fabric with loopwheel machines from scratch. Outside is made of supreme organic cotton “Ultimate Pima” and Inside is made of blended best organic cottons around the world.
Ultimate Pima is the cotton that is raised at the organic farm in US with the Seaisland Cotton Seeds. It has beautiful texture like Silk and softness like Cashmere.
We use the vintage loopwheel machines to make the best out of the potential of these supreme cottons.
It has seamless tubular body and we achieved ideal solid hand with trial and error.
Finally here is the supreme loopwheel fabric with perfect texture and soft comfortable touch which kindly wrap you in comfortable.
