Vintage late 1960's to early 1970's high heel sandals made by "Fascinators". They have a soft black velvet strappy upper with an adjustable buckle slingback heel and open toes. They have a nice chunky block heel. All Man Made Materials.

-Labeled a size 6. 5, They Measures inside: 9 1/4" long, 3 1/8" wide and have a 2 1/2" high heel.

-Excellent, ready to wear condition, no flaws, normal wear to soles (see pic)
