Haruka Kurebayashi is a leader of kawaii culture, well known for her modelling apperances in KERA magazine, her colourful hairstyles, and cute make up looks. She is one of the leaders of the Global Kawaii Assosiation, a recent project set out to bring kawaii culture to the world. She has also helped to act as a guide for the new generation of decora kids.
