Rubix44 is an audio interface designed for personal music production, offering high-fidelity audio, rugged build quality, and essential features for musicians and producers. It supports high-resolution audio up to 24-bit/192 kHz, providing warm and clear sound reproduction. The interface includes four top-quality mic preamps that are carefully designed for pristine sound and low-noise performance.

With four simultaneous inputs, Rubix44 is well-suited for singer/songwriters and instrumentalists. It can accommodate microphones, electric guitars/basses, and line-level devices like keyboards and drum machines, allowing creators to capture mix-ready performances in a single pass. Singer/songwriters can record vocals and stereo instruments simultaneously, while instrumentalists can connect up to four different microphones to capture every nuance of their sound.

Rubix44 features high-definition mic preamps with low noise and ample headroom, ensuring the capture of impactful and detailed recordings. The interface offers flexible combo jacks and Hi-Z inputs, eliminating the need for adapters or special cables when connecting microphones and guitars. It also includes four individual outputs, enabling advanced routing and monitoring possibilities such as sending a click track to a performer, setting up a stage monitor, or routing audio to external gear.

To control and enhance the sound, Rubix44 includes analog compression and limiting. This feature is especially useful for highly dynamic sources like percussion instruments, as well as vocals and bass that benefit from level taming and even compression during tracking. The compressor/limiters on inputs 1/2 and 3/4 provide smooth and transparent control with zero added latency.

The interface is designed with performer-friendly features, including bright indicators that clearly show incoming signal and potential overloads. These indicators are easily visible from the front and top of the unit, allowing users to monitor signal status from various positions.

Rubix44 offers dedicated monitor controls on its front panel, allowing quick adjustments of overall volume and headphones level. It also provides direct monitor controls for latency-free monitoring without relying on a computer-based mixer. The interface seamlessly integrates with Mac and Windows systems, offering smooth and reliable performance with the included drivers. Additionally, Rubix44 supports iPad, providing a powerful and compact system for on-location recording, mobile production, and live performances.

With Rubix44, users also receive a Roland Cloud Pro membership, which grants access to a complete creative platform right out of the box. This includes software such as the Zenbeats multi-platform music creation app and software synthesizers like ZENOLOGY Pro, TR-808, D-50, and more.
