1) No dial -- Designed to receive calls only.  Traditional ring bell (requires 24/48 volts)
2) Hotline -- Programmable auto dialer pre-installed designed to auto dial a pre-programmed phone number when handset is taken off-hook.  
3) Emergency Hotline  -- Same as 3) and includes a the vinyl letters "EMERGENCY" label on the handset.
