OZCO 12" OZ-Deck Plate for T4: Post Foundation Stability System

OZCO 12" OZ-Deck Plate for T4 is a load-bearing foundation plate for OZ-Post anchors when you want deck-style footings without digging holes or pouring concrete. Used with T4-850 and T6-700 OZ-Posts, each plate spreads the load across a 12" x 12" footprint so your deck, ramp, shed, or pergola has a solid base that resists settling and frost heave. 

The plate is made from heavy, hot-dip galvanized steel and has been independently tested to support loads over 6,500 lb when installed correctly. Because it’s part of a tested system, it can meet common code requirements for one- and two-family dwellings (always check local code) while saving time compared to traditional concrete footings.
