This is a direct bolt on kit with no irreversible modifications at all needed.

High Performance Diesel (HPD) have developed a charge pipe adaptor with a dual seal to eliminate any leaking issues that have become a hallmark of the factory intercooler system.

The factory intercooler core size is 540x155x80mm, giving a surface area of 840cm­², and a volume of 6700cc. This upgraded intercooler measures 600x300x76mm, giving a massively improved surface area of 1800cm², and a simply HUGE volume of 13680cc. That's an increase of over 200% in surface area cooling and charge air cooling volume!

NOTE: If your car is equipped with Forward Emergency Braking radar system, this may need to be relocated in order to install the intercooler kit. Please check compatibility with your vehicle.
