Sem and his family's lives have been completely turned upside down since they unexpectedly became the owners of a zoo. And it looks like things are about to get a whole lot more pleasant at their zoo... The orphanage where Mr. Pretorius lives has a serious leak, and it's far too hot. So the residents need temporary shelter. But where will they go? Then Mr. Pretorius comes up with a plan to house them at the zoo—after all, there are many empty enclosures and it's much cooler there. This transforms the zoo into a real human garden. This gives Sem a great idea for his school project... "It's (not) a hotel here!" is the second installment in the funny new series by Marlies Slegers (of "Wanted: Normal Parents," among others).
