Use Blessing oil to bless people, places, and objects. It is mild, sweet, and innocent smelling. Focus herb: Lavender sprig

Blessing oil is made on the Sunday, Monday, Wednesday or Friday following the new Moon. I originally formulated this oil at request of a customer who wanted an anointing oil for a new baby's blessing ceremony. So it had to be very mild and sweet and calming. I think adults will also like the baby-gentle pampering of this oil. It would be a good choice for ritual circle anointing or blessing, especially if you don't know all the people gathered or what their particular allergies or sensitivities may be. You can also anoint a white or sky-blue candle with blessing oil to burn in any space that needs blessing energies. I grow the Lavender used as the focus herb myself, and ritually harvest it on Wednesdays following the New Moon.
