About the product: The first release in The Spirit of the Brewmaster Series, a collaboration between Edelbrand Pure Distilling and Urban Chestnut Brewing Company, St. Louis, Missouri. This limited production spirit is slowly double distilled from UCBC's finished STLIPA Imperial Pale Ale in 12- and 18-gal copper pot stills, cold infused with a Citra hop, and then rested in glass.
