The gold standard of natural Californian wine, Chris Brockway has slowly been changing the narrative of what it means to drink a wine from California. Preferring lesser-known grape varietals rather than the big-name staples, Broc Cellars makes it a priority to use under-ripe, organic, biodynamic, handpicked grapes to give the wine a chance to express its individual character. A blend of Marsanne, Albarino, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, and Piquepoul, this low intervention white is off-dry with hazy expressions of peach and beeswax and plenty of bright salinity.
