About the product: 

At Corbin Cash we are 5 generations strong and can appreciate traditions. When we set out to release a bourbon we wanted to take the proper steps to produce something that would rival those made in Kentucky. This bourbon is made using traditional methods of leaving some old mash in the fermenter to help jump start the new batch and add a level of complexity to the flavor. We took an additional step to barrel age it at a lower proof, which gave us bourbon so smooth we decided to release it at barrel proof.
