Spirit incense is blended to correspond to the intangible element of Spirit and the direction Within. It contains five ingredients to distinguish it from the tangible Elements which correspond to the Four Directions. Spirit incense contains one ingredient from each of Air, Fire, Water and Earth incenses, plus the rare Lignum Aloes which corresponds only to Spirit. Use Spirit incense to consecrate the magick Circle when calling to the direction Within and to the Element of Akasha. You can also use Spirit incense to integrate any spell or ritual partaking of the powers of Spirit, including unification, magic, change, transformation, alchemy, divinity, and time.

Spirit infuses all of the Planets, but Mercury carries its message best of all. Spirit incense and oil is made on Wednesday.

Spirit envelopes all phases of the Moon, and is integrated on the Dark Moon/ New Moon.

Spirit is alternatively imagined to be: White, Black, Grey, or Purple. Spirit incense is Grey with the mixture of all the elements plus the rare and esteemed clear colored Oud wood powder, also known as Lignum Aloes.

Natural Magick incenses are composed of high quality resins, herbs, and sometimes essential oils. They are ritually hand ground on appropriate days of the week for Planetary influences and on the best day of the Moon's cycle for Lunar powers. Unlike most powder incenses, I use no "base" or filler to alter or dilute the powers of the active ingredients.

These magick incenses are made to be burned on incense charcoals. Light the charcoal with match or lighter, set it in a flameproof incense burner or on a brick, rock or bowl of sand, pebbles, or salt. Allow the charcoal to light completely and then sprinkle on a pinch the incense. Add more pinches as desired. See below for more detailed instructions.
