Red Wine Barrel matured vodka, a limited edition from In the Welsh Wind Distillery. 

An inviting aroma of toasted oak rises first, layered with the gentle sweetness of ripe red grapes, subtle hints of vanilla pod and light spice, reflecting its time spent resting in seasoned red wine barrels.

Silky and rounded in texture, the spirit opens with soft brown sugar sweetness. Notes of caramelised oak and a delicate trace of red berry compote follow a balanced, clean and elegant vodka core.

Best served: Serve neat at cellar temperature in a small tulip glass to appreciate the aromatics or pour over a single large cube of ice to soften and open the sweeter brown sugar and red grape notes. For a longer serve, try our barrel-aged Martini, or Aged White Dragon recipes!
