ANGEL’S ENVY TRIPLE OAK BOURBON begins as a Kentucky Straight Bourbon aged in new American oak barrels before being finished in a blend of three distinctive casks—Hungarian, Chinkapin, and French oak. Each adds its own influence: French oak lends warm baking spice, Chinkapin adds caramel and vanilla richness, and Hungarian oak contributes notes of toasted nuts, honey, and dried fruit. Bottled at 92 proof, this bourbon delivers layers of toasted oak, ripe apricot, and brown sugar with a long, spiced finish. A bold, complex expression that redefines what bourbon can be—perfect neat, on the rocks, or shared as a gift.

Master Distiller Owen Martin is raising the bar with Angel’s Envy Triple Oak at 92 proof (46% ABV)—the first new addition to our award-winning Signature Series lineup in over 10 years. Through experimenting with blend ratios, Owen created a traditional bourbon with a modern twist, seamlessly combining flavors from three distinct barrels sourced from around the world.

NOSE

In the heart of Louisville, Kentucky, Angel’s Envy was founded by Bourbon Hall of Fame member and Master Distiller, Lincoln Henderson, and his son Wes Henderson.

Built on a tremendous legacy and a pioneering spirit, Angel’s Envy innovated the foundations of bourbon and rye through a unique “secondary finishing” technique. By maturing our whiskey in charred oak barrels, then transferring it to secondary finishing casks, we crafted a distinct blend of refined complexity with an inviting flavor profile.

During the aging process, the 5% of spirit lost each year is known as the “Angel’s Share.” After tasting our finished whiskey, Lincoln joked that we had finally struck a better deal than the angels. And so, Angel’s Envy was born.
