The retrograde day indicator is a watch complication where the day of the week is shown on an arc-shaped scale. As the hand moves across the days and reaches the end (typically Sunday) it instantly jumps back to the starting point (Monday) to begin the cycle again. This creates a dynamic and engaging display.
