Taurine 500.0 mg

Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 50.0 mg
Folic acid 200 ?g
Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 200 ?g
Selenomethionine 186 ?g Equiv. Selenium 75 ?g

No Added: artificial flavouring, colouring or preservatives. Free from gluten, wheat, dairy, lactose, eggs, nuts, yeast and salt.

Directions & Precautions
This product contains pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), which may be dangerous when used in large amounts or for a long time.
This product also contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. For adults, the daily dose of selenium from dietary supplements should not exceed 150µg.
Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Always read the label. Use only as directed. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
Do not use if cap and/or bottle seals are missing or broken.
People with diagnosed diabetes should check with their doctor as blood sugar levels could be altered when using this product.

Adults:
To maintain healthy liver function: Take 1 tablet daily.
To support detoxification: Take 2 tablets daily, or take as directed by a healthcare professional.
