This is a test and repair service for the DQ200 DSG Mechatronic Transmission Control Module (TCM).

We offer bench testing and diagnosis of these units and can perform a wide range of repairs — from communication failures to pressure sensor and motor drive issues.

The most common fault we see is a complete communication failure (No COMS), but we regularly address the following fault codes as well:

• 16946 / P0562 / 001378 – System Voltage Low

• 005636 / P1604 – Internal Control Module Fault

• P189C / 006300 – Function Restriction Due to Insufficient Pressure Build-Up

Our in-house test platforms allow us to verify the fault and confirm the repair before returning your unit.
