This Solid Lifter Conversion Kit transforms your 6.4 Power Stroke into a solid lifter valvetrain setup using true tie-bar style solid lifters for maximum stability and RPM control. The block must be machined to accept the included bronze lifter bushings, which offer better wear resistance and oil control than the factory cast iron bore.

To complete the conversion, adjustable rocker arms are required to properly set valve lash. For those doing the job at home, we also offer a custom lifter bore machining tool that allows you to accurately modify your block using just a standard hand drill—no trip to the machine shop required.
