Simplicity 9409 1971 The midriff top with elastic casing at lower edge features ruffles made of lace edging. The halter top has cord slipped thru neckline casing. The hip hugger, bell bottom pants with front button fly closing are made to be worn 1 ¼” below normal waistline. The flared shorts have back zipper.
