Revel Spirits are all about authenticity and the resulting Revel Avila Anejo is their mission's centerpiece. Not keen on fitting its products into any of the known Spirit categories, the producers of Avila proudly pioneer a category of their own: a Mezcal and Tequila hybrid.

You see, Revel Avila Anejo is a blend of smoked Agaves, roasted in an earth pit as traditional for the Mezcal production (but filled with hot volcano rocks), and steamed Agaves, as is traditional for the production of Tequila. Blended together, they form a drink with all the character of a Tequilla and the smoky punch of a Mezcal. Triple distilled for extra smoothness, the final product is then rested in French Oak barrels for 24 months to develop into an exceptionally authentic sipping Mezqila.
