On the nose it’s intriguing, with arôme of dry Fruits, smoked cherries, & well caramelized roasted meat. Medium-bodied & juicy, it has medium acidity. Flavors of raspberry pastry, cooked rhubarb, saline, smoke, rose petal, spices & light oak unfurl on the palate. Finishes tingling with pops of dried fig, & filled with other interesting flavors.
