How Your Gas4U Subscription Works

1️⃣ Reminder Email
📩 10 days before renewal, we’ll send you a reminder so you can arrange pickup of your empties.

2️⃣ Automatic Renewal
💳 On your renewal date, your card is charged and your fresh cylinders are dispatched.

3️⃣ Return Window
📦 You have 15 days to contact us and schedule collection of your empty cylinders. If you want to extend this period, please contact us, Happy to accommodate your requests.

4️⃣ Deposit Protection
⚠️ If empties are not returned within 15 days or the extended period, we’ll charge your card for the deposit value (€ 10 per cylinder) of the cylinders in your possession and your subscription plan will be put on hold until you return those empty cylinders.

5️⃣ Easy Refund
💶 Once empties are returned, your deposit is credited back to your Card. — minus a small €7 handling fee.
