Empowering those in leadership positions to focus on what’s important and what matters to you and your school whilst, addressing the requirements of rigorous quality assured teaching and learning.

LEARNING OUTCOME

This course aims to achieve the following learning outcomes:

• Identify what needs to change.
• Describe models of change leadership.
• Identify effective strategies to lead changes in schools.
• Describe ways to support those reluctant to change.

There is a short assessment at the end of the learning module as a summative assessment to verify that learning has been transferred.
