Jamie Leeming, long recognised as one of London’s most accomplished jazz guitarists, has built a reputation through key collaborations with artists like Alfa Mist, Tom Misch and Jas Kayser. After gaining early acclaim for his work on Alfa Mist’s celebrated records, he stepped into the spotlight with the 2020 duo album Flowalongside pianist Maria Chiara Argirò, followed by his solo debut Resynthesis in 2022, which featured guest spots from Laura Groves and Quinn Oulton.

Now signed to the Sekito label, Leeming returns with his second solo album Sequent. It’s a refined and collaborative release, featuring contributions from Laura Misch, Sly5thAve, Alfa Mist, Richard Spaven and Kaya Thomas-Dyke—who also created the album’s cover art.
