Background: catalytic activity:NAD (+) + (ADP-D-ribosyl) (n) -acceptor = nicotinamide + (ADP-D-ribosyl) (n+1) -acceptor.,function:May regulate vesicle trafficking and modulate the subcellular distribution of SLC2A4/GLUT4-vesicles.
