About Nipple piercings

The piercing is placed both vertical and horizontal through the nipple. Due to the healing process the recommendation for a start jewelry will be a barbell, since it will decrease the movement in the pierced area, more than a segment ring will. Though a segment ring can also be used, we don't recommend starting with a segment ring.
