Distilled from organic California strawberries, our one-of-a-kind Strawberry Thief brandy is aged for at least five years in neutral French oak casks. The result is a VSOP brandy with a dry character, lovely strawberry aroma and notes of honey and dried fruit. It's our way of transforming highly perishable surplus produce into a delicious spirit, fit to be treasured for years to come.

For all of you who have tried and enjoyed our earlier Strawberry Brandy releases, you'll find Strawberry Thief  to be a familiar yet more refined, expressive and flavorful version of the original spirit worthy of its VSOP designation. 

For those of you for whom this product is entirely new, a real treasure awaits! This is NOT a sweet liqueur and it is NOT a wheat spirit flavored with strawberries. Strawberry Thief is an 80 proof Strawberry brandy, strong like a whiskey or a cognac, which can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks or in a variety of delightful cocktail applications.
