Time's Up is the second studio album, and it’s just as strong as its predecessor. Rather than simply copying a winning formula, Time's Up challenged listeners more—both musically and lyrically. A large number of guest artists contributed to the production, including Little Richard, Queen Latifah, Maceo Parker, and Doug E. Fresh, highlighting just how all-encompassing Time's Up is. After its release, the album went gold, peaked at number 13 on the Billboard 100, and won a Grammy. Even all these years later, Time's Up remains an outstanding album.
