Background: GCDFP-15 is expressed in the cytoplasm of parietal epithelium, lacrimal gland, cerumen gland, Moll's gland, mandible gland, tracheobronchial gland, sublingual gland and small salivary gland. GCDFP-15 can be used to judge breast cancer, salivary duct cancer and apical secretory epithelium.
