The BBC Hymn Book of 1951 was compiled for use in the BBC's radio broadcasts of Christian worship, particularly the long-running program Sunday Half Hour. Description

Bound by Sangorski and Sutcliffe in red Morocco with triple fillet boarders to upper and lower covers. Center of upper cover is monogram “M. R.” In gilt beneath a gilt crown. Five raised bands with second compartment lettered in gilt. Gilt and red leather turn ins. All edges gilt. Front free endpaper signed by Queen Mary “Mary R. 1951”. Immaculate condition.
