When in Session with Dr. Light you will be receiving the 30 minutes of Healing Light Radiation whether physically, mentally, emotionally and or spiritually. This Healing Radiation will be occurring simultaneously even while she is explaining the necessary steps you need to implement. 

If you need Help and Direction with life burdens and problems, Dr. Light will not be giving you an advice, but can help Instruct you to the steps necessary for you to apply in order to fulfill your Constructive Goals.
