The first Oat Cream IPA of the year is all about pushing the boundaries of one of our favourite styles. Using a higher oat content alongside a generous addition of lactose we’ve created a pillowy, sweet body to show off a truly experimental hop combination. Using a base combination of Amarillo and Mosaic, we have created a safety net of stone fruit, citrus and bubblegum notes before adding a larger addition of Ekuanot hops - a bright, sparkly hop known for a flavour profile that includes lime, berries and herbal characteristics to create a standout Oat Cream that is as easy drinking as it is complex.
