A morning to slow down, reconnect, and return to what lights you up from within.

The Lumina Experience is an intentional gathering designed for reflection, creativity, and renewal. Together, we’ll move through guided conversation, journaling, candle-making, and sound to explore what becomes possible when you create space to reconnect with yourself.

In the midst of life’s responsibilities, distractions, and constant movement, it can be easy to lose sight of what grounds us, inspires us, and brings us back to center. Lumina invites you to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your inner light.

Your experience includes:

Guided reflection and journaling
Intentional conversation around meaning, energy, and purpose
A custom candle-making experience with Belura Candles
A restorative sound bath led by Jean Nitchals
Time to ground, soften, and reconnect with yourself

You’ll create a custom candle as a personal symbol of intention, warmth, and inner light, then settle into a restorative sound bath designed to support presence, clarity, and renewal.

No prior experience with journaling, meditation, candle-making, or sound healing is needed. Come exactly as you are.

You’ll leave feeling grounded, inspired, and connected to yourself, your intentions, and the possibilities that open when you make space for a little more light.

What to bring:

Please bring a yoga mat for the sound bath. You may also want to bring a bolster, pillow, blanket, and/or eye cover so you can feel comfortable and supported.

Please bring a water bottle for hydration.
