There are two types of solar collectors: flat-plate and evacuated tube collectors. In flat-plate collectors, the tubes containing the solar fluid are located behind a coated plate, the absorber plate. In evacuated tube collectors, on the other hand, the tubes are coated directly. Because the absorber completely encloses the tubes and is surrounded by a vacuum, these collectors reach higher temperatures and efficiencies more quickly. Whether evacuated tube or flat-plate collector: all our solar collectors are sustainably produced in Europe.

Our flat plate collectors auroTHERM plus auroTHERM collectors are suitable for solar hot water preparation and solar heating support. Thanks to their slimline design with a height of only 80 mm, they can be harmoniously integrated into any roof. The auroTHERM plus collectors offer excellent heat transfer with their anti-reflective glass and high-quality sidewall insulation. In contrast, our auroTHERM collectors, with their robust textured glass, are the solid and cost-effective solution for getting started with solar technology.
