One of the benchmark producers in Chassagne-Montrachet, Michel Niellon started working with his father Marcel in the 1950s and has crafted more than fifty vintages of extraordinary wines since then. Today the winery owns seven and a half hectares of vineyards, all in Chassagne. The grapes for this wine come from different parcels planted between 1963 and 1993. Generous and full bodied, it is backed by a lively acidity. On the nose it features classic aromas of orchard fruit, lemon cake along with pastry notes.
