Three large rectangular panels showcase stepped hexagonal medallions on with an alternating tan and coffee colored background. In the centre of each medallion are two prominent fertility symbols surrounded by rosettes and blooms, as well as diamond and s-shaped symbols. The diamonds represent eyes while the s-shaped symbols are hooks, both of which are used to protect against evil. An additional smaller panel at one end repeats the fertility symbol along with the calyx motif borrowed from the borders. The modern style Oushak hallway runner is framed by a double border in beige and terra cotta composed of geometric calyx motifs resembling birds. Secondary guard borders feature simple geometric arrow motifs.
